Service Status Migration to new platform on February 13, 2023



Broadcom Service Status is a pivotal component of our customer experience to provide enterprise level support. With over 20 software products supported today and thousands of subscribers, our existing platform has outgrown the demand.

We are therefore excited to share that on February 13, 2023, we are migrating AppNeta to our Unified Service Status platform. Some of the highlights include a single website; single subscription workflow; and an improved user experience. For further details click here.

Action Required

You will need to subscribe to the new platform via the channel of your choice. Broadcom will not automatically migrate your existing subscription(s) from the previous platform to the new platform. Note: AppNeta product tile will be created only after this migration is complete. Once you see AppNeta listed as a product, you can subscribe to receive notifications.

There are four ways to receive notifications:

- Email - Get email notifications whenever Broadcom creates or updates an incident/maintenance.
- SMS - Get SMS notifications whenever Broadcom creates or resolves an incident.
- Slack - Get notifications in Slack for all incidents/maintenance.
- Microsoft Teams - Get notifications in Microsoft Teams for all incidents/maintenance.


You will need to ensure that you bookmark https://status.broadcom.com as this will now be the single URL that will be used. You should also consider whitelisting the notification email, service.status@broadcom.com.

All SMS notifications will come from a single number +1 870 686 5499.
